Commissioning Work

The Brief

We visit the client to see what the requirements of the furniture are and where it is to be placed.

Design
We prepare a design for discussion, together with a first estimate. A discussion about the proposed piece follows and any modifications you wish are made. A final proposal is prepared which consists of a firm quotation or estimate. Changes are possible at any stage. In the case of late modifications the final quotation or estimate will be updated.

Order
At the point of ordering, a 50% deposit is paid and we begin to work on the piece.

Carriage Costs
Cost of delivery are additional. This depends on the size of the piece and the distance to its destination. For delivery outside mainland UK special arrangements will be made.
